Full Job Description
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answering calls and liaising with shareholders, clients and employees competently
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Assisting with Adhoc tasks around the office
- Filling, printing and photo copies
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Preparing papers for meetings
Handling of all Financial Milestone
Creating Customers invoices
Compiling Reports

- Some work experience

- Interested in building long-term relationships with clients through engagement
- A self-starter and driven by excellence
- Computer literate
- Administration skills
- Personal Assistant experience +2 years
- Additional certificate can be advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
- Skills: 2 years (required)
