Financial Administrator

A reputable services company is seeking a dedicated Financial Administrator to join their finance team on a 6-month contract and provide essential support across various functions.
In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate and reliable financial information while assisting with key administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
- Prepare and reconcile profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Support the compilation of financial reports
- Reconcile all management accounts
- Prepare VAT returns
- Manage the accounts payable process
- Assist with the annual audit process
- Issue invoices and maintain related financial documentation
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Completed Matric
- Diploma in Financial Management or a BCom Degree
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
