**HR CONSULTANT**

**Role Overview**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Business Partner to join our Johannesburg office as an HR Consultant on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The HR Consultant will provide HR support on all aspects of people management including delivery of the office strategy and delivery of the HR strategy and appropriate operational responsibilities for senior members of the office. The HR consultant will establish and maintain influential relationships with the office leadership team and ensure HR support is aligned to business needs and to the overall strategy of the firm. Working with the Head of HR for EMEA to implement HR strategy as appropriate, the HR Consultant will also provide coaching, guidance and support on people issues. An ability to influence, challenge and provide robust views in a supportive manner will be key for this role.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience of the following:

- Significant HR Generalist experience, obtained in a professional services environment.
- A sound understanding of South African employment legislation.
