Position Summary: Reporting to the Office Quality Manager (OQM) and various Project Managers, the incumbent
- will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of Quality and Continuous Performance (CPI) on multiple
- projects executed by the Multi-Projects Groups based in the Fluor Woodmead & Umhlanga offices.
- Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

- A. Office Quality Management- Support the OQM in the implementation and maintenance of a quality program in FSA offices.
- Facilitate the implementation of the Operating System Requirements (OSR) in the FSA offices.
- Prepare and maintain project and non-project audit schedules.
- Facilitate and lead project and non
- project audits as required.
- Maintain Continuous Performance Improvement strategy and measuring system including metrics to track

Quality & CPI (including reporting)
- B. Project Quality Management- Act as the Project Quality Representative (PQR) and oversee Project Quality Assurance Activities (Quality

Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Improvement).- Initiating the OSR Checklists for Project Managers and update monthly.
- Prepare the Quality Section of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Act as the Lead Auditor for project audits.
- Act as the lead for project CPI activities.
- Interface with the Client Quality Representatives and/or auditors as required.
- Schedule project audits through QMS
- Support Discipline Auditors during the Discipline Audit Process.
- Prepare and issue Audit Reports through QMS.
- Monitor the timely and effective close-out of Corrective Actions (CAs), Preventative Actions (PAs), and

Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).- Perform surveillance and spot checks of deliverables.
- Coordinate lessons learned and project experiences efforts.
- Ensure CPI processes re fit for purpose and consistently executed on projects.
- Prepare Q+CPI effort hours estimates and input to proposals.
- Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including (but not limited to & role dependant) education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications and Global Watchlist screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

**Basic Job Requirements**
- A four (4) year bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of Quality / project execution experience

leadership, and decision-making skills.- Disciplined, matured, energetic and team player.
- Ability to attend to detail in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Knowledge: Previous Quality / Auditing experience and ISO 9001 training will be an added
- advantage.
