**Job purpose**:
Will be required to manage the day-to-day administration of a high volume of debit orders on the on-balance sheet book, on both the current and arrears.

**Key Accountable Responsibilities**:

- Resubmission, cancellation and monitoring of debit orders.
- Analyze exceptions and propose improvements to the process.
- Conduct regular reconciliations and manage exceptions.
- Obtain, understand and analyze the Service Providers report and take necessary actions based on the response code.

**Competency and qualification requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Certificate/ Diploma/ Programme/ Degree related to banking, credit and OR finance
- 3 years’ experience in Debit Order manager
- 3 years’ experience in collections experience at a Credit provider
- Knowledge of NCA and compliance
- Experience using Debit Order Service provider system.

Ability to Commute:

- Rosebank, Gauteng (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Rosebank, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
