**Position**: Telesales Representative
**Location**: Port Elizabeth
**Salary**: R10,000 per month + Commission
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential clients via phone to promote our services.
- Identify and qualify leads, building relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain a high level of service knowledge to effectively answer client queries and close sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telesales or a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed.
