**Description**:

- Scheduling vehicles for different freights
- Coordinate and communicate with coordinators at difference branched
- Coordinate specific instructions to drivers
- Scheduling of vehicle maintenance and services
- Obtain necessary permits and licences and COF’s
- Obtain necessary documentation required for border crossings and cross border orders
- Update of daily schedules on Datatim
- Scoring of vehicles (daily usage)
- Management of drivers (RA’s)
- Update of stock levels on system (coordinate with deliveries)
- Weighbridge - pickup of stock etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a mid-level capacity in the logistics industry
- Relevant degree or diploma in Logistics
- Experience with Datatim
