**Position**: Site Supervisor - Structural Steel Industry

**Key Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in the **structural steel industry**:

- Proven **site installation** background
- Strong understanding of **structural engineering fabrication methods**:

- Excellent **customer communication** and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in **site logistics, planning, and coordination**:

- Ability and willingness to **mentor and upskill staff**:

- Flexible to **assist the factory supervisor**and contribute to other business activities when not on site
- Knowledge of **crane operations and rigging**:

- Ability to perform **site modifications** as needed
- Solid grasp of **health and safety compliance**:

- Capable of working in a **pressurised, fast-paced environment**

**Additional Details**:

- **Experienced artisans and energetic retirees** with relevant trade skills are encouraged to apply
- **Salary**: R25,000 - R35,000 (Cost to Company)
- **Driver’s Licence**: Code 8 (required)

Pay: R25 000,00 per month
