**Position Overview**: As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the store. You will provide strategic leadership, guiding the team in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, devising effective strategies, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

**Key Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in retail management, with a demonstrated passion for the industry.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and market insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving

This position is based **in office **and is **full time, Monday-Friday.**

**Salary**: R30 000-R35 000 depending on experience
