**Job Overview**

The incumbent will be responsible for Managing and Auditing of the QMS according to the BRCGS Packaging and material issue.

**Minimum Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor or National Diploma of Pharmacy/Quality/Science/Biotech/Packaging
- BRCGS implementation experience
- Internal Auditing certificate

**Skills Required**:

- Auditing Management
- Knowledge of the Quality Management System, BRCGS/ISO.
- Good product knowledge and understanding of processes
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Analytical abilities
- Assertive, goal orientated and have a drive for continuous improvement
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer Literacy i.e., Syspro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate and motivate sub-ordinates

**Special Requirements**:

- Ability to accurately discern different colours against product standards
- Willing to work additional hours
- Be a highly motivated individual willing to be developed
- Must live in Atlantis or surrounding areas

**Minimum Experience Required**:

- 3-year experience in a similar position

within the manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years auditing experience within the manufacturing environment

**Duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to**:
**Quality Control**:Review QC reports; Supervise and assist in conducting of in-process and final inspection.

**Quality Assurance Management**:Continuous improvement (systems, process, and products)

**Non-Conforming Products**: Manage QMS; Raise Internal NCA on short runs, high scrap, and non-compliance to work instructions when detected in production.

**Auditing**:Internal and External Auditing of Management systems; Construct annual audits as per audit.

**Reports/Meetings**:Complete QC Monthly Reports; Management Review; Biannual Quality reports for board meetings; Management review presentations; Audit Reports.

**Training**:Review training requirements of QC personnel and draw up an annual training plan, Conduct on-the-job training to all new or redeployed employees to the department.
