We are looking for an managing partner to help establish, oversee potential business operations and provide overall strategic direction. The managing partner will be responsible for setting strategic goals and objectives, drafting of business plans, supervising potential business activities, monitoring potential performance, and driving business growth. A successful managing partner should be able to purposefully guide business operations and attract investors to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Ultimately, an outstanding managing partner has a strong strategic mind and exceptional people skills.

Managing Partner Responsibilities:

- Assist in the establishment of four business divisions in the Gauteng area
- Assist in compiling, research and editing of reports, Business Profile and Business Plans
- Developing and implementing organizational goals, procedures, and policies.
- Consulting and cooperating with other executives, board members, and employees.
- Managing, monitoring, reviewing and planning business operations.
- Researching and Identifying improvement gaps in the business plans and implementing corrective measures.
- Reviewing and overseeing all projected financial activities, performance, and documentation.
- Overseeing planned HR, Marketing and operational activities and approving contracts
- Panning and set organizational strategies and goals
- Develop and Implementing organizational policies and procedure
- Develop budgets, financial statements and reports
- Assessing organizational and personnel performance, implementing changes as needed for improvements
- Identify and research potential clients, business locations, product and service offerings
- Source and prospect Investors, secure business loans, Negotiate contract terms with all stakeholder

Managing Partner Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Retail or a related field.
- Extensive Business Plan writing experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Executive decision-making skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
- Exceptional business acumen

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm, Graduate

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
