**Key Requirements**_

- Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate staff
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a furniture retail business with nothing less than 1 year experience in a managerial or 2nd in charge role
- Be able to work and perform under pressure
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a Matric / Grade 12 educational qualification
- Must be fully transferable within the Western Cape Region

- Target driven and seek to achieve above average standards in sales, cash collections, credit controlling and stock management
- Ability to cope in a highly pressurized environment
- Be able to implement sales promotions and demonstrate effective communication skills
- Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills
- Be a strong motivator for staff in the store to generate above average sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wellington, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:
