**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.

**Campaign Management**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative briefs, messaging, and visuals for campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement data-driven improvements.

**Brand Management**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Monitor industry trends to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

Digital Marketing:

- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to keep the company ahead in digital marketing.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate marketing plans, results, and initiatives to the executive team and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment across the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma /bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 4 years of progressive experience in marketing roles with a focus on strategy and leadership.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve results.
