**Role Overview**:
As a Seamstress at Gavin Rajah, you will be responsible for creating beautifully sewn garments with precision and skill. Your work will help bring our designs to life, adhering to patterns and instructions with an eye for detail. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where you'll have the chance to work alongside a talented team in a creative and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate industrial sewing machines to create high-quality, finished garments based on provided patterns and instructions.
- Meet and exceed production targets while ensuring flawless quality standards.
- Manage inventory of materials, tools, and supplies to ensure smooth production flow.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure deadlines and production goals are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and operational standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in the clothing manufacturing or garment construction industry.
- Mastery in sewing and garment construction techniques (prior seamstress experience is a must).
- A solid work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion and craftsmanship.
- A Grade 10-12 education is preferred, but proficiency in sewing and production experience is the key to success in this role.
