What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities):
This isn’t a back-office legal job. You’ll be in the room where decisions are made—**setting strategy, guiding leadership, and steering the legal ship.**
- **Legal Strategy & Risk Management**

Architect and execute legal strategies that align with our business vision while minimizing risk across global operations.
- **Contract Oversight & Negotiation**

Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes contracts—from vendor deals to partnerships, IP, SaaS agreements, and more.
- **Governance & Compliance**

Lead corporate governance initiatives, ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations, and build airtight legal infrastructures.
- ⚖ **Dispute Resolution & Litigation Management**

Oversee all litigation and dispute resolution matters, working with external counsel when necessary.
- **Executive Counsel**

Be the legal advisor to the C-Suite and Board, translating legal nuance into clear, confident recommendations.
- **Team Leadership**

Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing legal department that supports rapid growth and scalability.
- **Legal Innovation**

Leverage legal tech, AI tools, and systems to streamline legal workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for a **strategist, operator, and trusted advisor** rolled into one.

Qualified attorney (LLB or LLM; bar admission required)
7-10+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law
Industry background in [insert relevant industry: e.g., SaaS, tech, fintech, healthcare, etc.] preferred
Deep knowledge of international compliance, contracts, governance, and data protection (GDPR, etc.)
Experience managing external counsel and cross-functional teams
A commercial mindset with a strong risk vs. reward orientation
