The role ensures accuracy in financial transactions and supports financial intergrity across the business.

- Mainatain daily cashbook entries across all bank accounts in Sage 300 (Accpac).
- Process receipts and payment accurately and timeously.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all items are cleared and matched.
- Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions reconciling items promptly.
- Monitor bank account activity and report cash positions as needed.
- General Ledger & Other Reconciliations_
- Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations for key accounts, including bank control, petty cash, and suspense accounts.
- Credit card and intercompny reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain supporting documentation for all reconciliations and ensure audit trail compliance.
- Month-end & Reporting Support_
- Support the month end close process with timely reconciliation and cashbook finalisation.
- Assist with internal & external audit requests by preparing reconcialitions packs.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve reconciliation discrepencies or obtain required documentation.
- Qualifications- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar bankreconciation role.
- Proven experince in performing high-volume, multi-bank account reconciliations.
- Experience working in a multi-entry or high-transaction environment.
- Knowledge and Skills- Proficient in Sage 300 (Accpac) - Beneficial
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, lookups, filters).
- Meticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and problem - solving mindset
- Understanding internal financial controls and audit preparation.
