**Job Summary**
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of debt review agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to improve results.
- Ensure that all cases are handled in compliance with NCR (National Credit Regulator) and company standards.
- Handle escalated client queries and resolve complex cases efficiently.
- Track and report on team performance, sales, and productivity to management.
- Assist with onboarding and continuous development of new team members.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debt review or debt counselling, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt review regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
