Operator Plasting Moulding

Position: Operator

**Reports to: Supervisor**

**Employment Type: 6 Month Contract**

**Start: Immediately**

**Location: Webroy (Pty) Ltd**

**Main Purpose of the Job**

Several temporary positions have become available to cover for illness and temporary increases in demand from our customers. You will be required to assist in production, this Includes material handling and loading and unloading a plastic injection moulding machine

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Machine Settings / Production Control**
- Carry out the production plan / schedule as per instruction from the supervisor, planner, or manager.
- Maintain the batch control and a count of completed parts on the job card.
- Ensure 5s in the work area.
- Packing of the parts produced.
- Material handling of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods.
- Loading raw materials.

**Quality**
- Ensure quality procedure are always followed.
- Perform quality inspections. First-Offs, Last-Offs, Attribute Samples, Final Acceptance Cards
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Matric Diploma (Essential)
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal (Essential)
- 2 Years experience operator an injection moulding machine
- Computer Skills (Preferrable)

**BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES**
- Attention to details.
- Be self-motivated.
- Have a good attendance record.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 44-45 per week

**Salary**: R33.00 - R35.00 per hour
