l Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Duties
l Provide secretarial assistance to Sales Representatives when they are away from office by handling of sales orders efficient, and help to improve the productivity by dealing with customer queries and calls.
l Take telephone enquiries from prospective customers
l Provide good quality customer service level and help to achieve sales targets
l Performs administrative duties for the sales team
l Maintaining files, schedules and appointments and making travel arrangements.
l Updating databases and customer contact information as required
l At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
l Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so
