Are you someone who can:

- This role will be best suited to a senior consultant, who is looking for a new challenge, assisting direct clients as well offering support to Snr VIP Consultants.
- You will work closely with the VIP Consultants, Team Leaders, and Operations Travel Manager to deliver excellent and efficient customer service.
- You will be responsible for assisting VIP Consultants with processing, new domestic reservations, contacting suppliers, working on existing bookings made as well as assisting with new reservations.
- Must be comfortable to be able to book all travel related services, like accommodation either online & on
- Galileo, flights, transfers, car hire and assistance with visa inquiries. To assist providing clients info on health requirements to travel to a specific destination.
- You will have a strong understanding of complex routings as well as strong fares knowledge and experience.
- You will have excellent and proven experience in working on Galileo (SmartPoint).
- Must have the knowledge to create leisure itineraries and travel experiences.
- Must be able to obtain travel related information like visa info, covid requirements and health requirements to consult with clients.
- Matric Certificate or equivalent
- Related Travel qualification or Travel Diploma
- Minimum 8 years working experience as a travel consultant.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Galileo SmartPoint
- Extensive domestic and international fares & ticketing experience
- Extensive understanding of the Travel Industry.
- Extensive knowledge in leisure travel.
- Quality Control Management and being able to take requests/tasks and action on specific request from VIP consultants.
