**Role Purpose**
- You will play an integral part at Guardrisk, working in a unique environment along with our clients and internal teams to develop exciting, unique and innovative data solutions for our clients. This role includes working on multiple facets of product solutions, working with clients, solving interesting problems in the business and the management of the Data Analytics team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or Engineering with a strong focus on computer science, statistics, mathematics and/or actuarial sciences
- At least three to five years’ experience in the financial services industry with experience in data warehousing, data sciences and/or modelling environment
- Good understanding of software languages and software infrastructure
- Fluency in Python, SQL and R
- Beneficial if fluent in any of the following programming languages: C#.Net, C, C++, Visual Basic
- Experience with life insurance products would be advantageous
- Experience with managing a team would be advantageous

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Leverage data to drive business value for both internal and external reporting
- Conduct advanced, systematic data analysis to extract actionable insights
- Develop innovative solutions to automate business processe and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead the Data Analytics team while mentoring and supporting junior Data Scientists
- Communicate strategic findings and insights to clients effectively
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on technical matters
