Fashion Fusion Group, a dynamic and rapidly expanding fashion retail company, is seeking an ambitious Creditors Clerk to. This challenging yet rewarding position offers an opportunity to be responsible for the maintenance of all creditors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Daily Processing: Capturing Invoices - following up on payments - processing incoming purchase orders - follow up with suppliers for payment

2. Reconciliation to creditors statements: daily, monthly recons to agree to creditor’s statements for Creditor Controller’s sign off - filing and ensuring flies are up to date

3. Preparation of creditors for payment: Prepare payment requisition for signature by Financial Manager and for payment

4. Preparation of weekly age analysis - Prepare age analysis for weekly creditors meeting

5. Work with different cost centres: Make sure that the correct cost centres are used when processing

Recommended Minimum Education, Training & Experience

1. Matric

2. Creditor Control experience of at least 5 years needed

3. Relevant Tertiary Qualification or bookkeeping experience

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
