Retentions Specialist Needed

Our company, One Source Direct, is searching for a Retentions Specialist on behalf of Zoom Fibre.

Main Purpose of the Job?

We are searching for a dynamic retention specialist that will connect with customers, members and workers in order to increase loyalty and keep their business or service. In this position, you will interact directly with our customers to learn about their problems, how we can enhance our service, and how we can keep their business.

Responsibilities:

- Customer and sales representative communication.
- Observing and analysing client behaviour.
- Objection handling process
- Gathering information about customer complaints.
- Customers are being negotiated with in order to renew contracts and keep their business.
- Developing positive customer and business associate relationships.
- Meet department requirements by adhering to targets (Daily Dials, Talk time, Schedule Adherence)

- Outstanding customers service abilities
- Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities

Salary:
Basic Salary - R 8 000.00

Incentives & Commissions - Up to R 7 000.00

Notes: This position is office based and extended hours may have to be worked pending on requirement from management.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Middleburg, Free State: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
