A leader in the property management industry seek a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small estate in Somerset West.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
**Front desk**

Manage the front desk of the clubhouse

Assist residents and other walk-in clients with queries

**Owner access enrolment**

Ensure the access list is up to date

Assist with all renewals and removal of access

**Contractor access**

Manage contractor access to ensure protocols are followed

**Overseeing service level agreements**

Have weekly meetings with service providers

Ensure duties are performed in line with the SLA’s

**Manage insurance policies and claims**

Ensure the annual renewal is done timeously

Facilitate insurance claims

Assist with any insurance related queries

**Repairs & Maintenance**

Coordinating repairs and maintenance of common property and infrastructure

**Inspections**

Conduct a monthly inspection of the estate and compile a report for the Trustees

**Managing budgets**

Ensure that expenditure is in line with the relevant budget

**Monthly estate report**

Schedule and attend the monthly estate meeting

Prepare the relevant documents and present it to the Trustees

**Relation management**

Building positive relationships with residents

Addressing resident concerns

Crisis management & conflict resolution

**Meetings**

Schedule, host and attend Trustee

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

- and Full Title community schemes, have strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, knowledge of industry regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
