**Join Our Team as a Senior Tech Talent Partner**

We're looking for a Senior Tech Talent Partner to join our embedded solutions team. Partnering with one of our prestigious multinational financial services clients in the US, this Cape Town-based role will have you driving recruitment strategies across global markets to secure world-class tech professionals.

In this exciting position, you'll take charge of shaping the hiring journey, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and delivering innovative sourcing solutions. If you're passionate about building high-performing teams and thrive in fast-paced, international environments, this is the role for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Taking ownership of the complete recruitment journey - designing roles, sourcing, mapping, and closing deals for senior, technical positions.
- Building and managing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to drive effective hiring outcomes.
- Using innovative sourcing methods, including AI tools and international market strategies, to engage top-tier tech professionals.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 6 years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong focus on engineering roles.
- Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment, especially in global and fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Expertise in identifying and sourcing senior tech talent, leveraging data-driven insights.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for finding and attracting the best talent.
- The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on quality.
- Experience working with international markets and a deep understanding of tech landscapes.
