We’re looking for experienced UX professionals to mentor the next generation of designers. As a mentor, you’ll provide project feedback, share expertise, and guide students as they transition into professional UX roles. Your support will help build their confidence and prepare them for success in the industry.

**What will you do?**

As a mentor, you’ll support our students in the following ways:

Share your real-world experience to guide new designers through challenges in user research, design, and prototyping.

**Communication**

Inspire and support students with clear explanations and constructive feedback on their course projects.

Create a safe, welcoming space where students feel confident to learn and grow.

Share your enthusiasm for UX and curiosity about emerging trends to inspire the next generation.

Help students navigate the UX job market with portfolio tips, networking advice, and industry insights.

**About you**

To ensure our students receive the highest-quality guidance, you should have:

- At least 7 years of professional experience as a UX designer, with a proven track record in the field.
- A top-quality portfolio showcasing real-world projects that demonstrate expertise in user research, design, prototyping, and problem-solving.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior designers, with the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
- A strong passion for UX and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- These qualifications ensure you can provide the insight, support, and inspiration our students need to excel.
