In line with our dedication to customer-centricity, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team on a 6month contract as an **Enterprise Business Unit Sales Consultant**to join our dynamic team of **#Unstoppables.** **Purpose of the Job**: **Main Responsibilities** **Account management** Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction and retention. **Sales Growth** Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling mobile and fixed products and services to existing clients, driving revenue growth. **Strategic Planning** Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets. **Customer Engagement** Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions. **Market Analysis** Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement. **Collaboration** Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, customer support, as well as the Partner and Key Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. **Reporting** Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market conditions to senior management. **Perform any other related duties as requested by Management** Work consistently according to standard operating procedures. Analyze situations and take necessary action to ensure quality is maintained within SLA timeframes. Seek feedback from clients/ stakeholders and continuously seeks ways of improving on quality and customer service standards.
