**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Manager to oversee and coordinate caregiving services for an elderly couple based in Wellington. The Care Manager will be responsible for managing a team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- **Care Planning**: Develop and oversee personalised care plans for the couple, ensuring their needs are met effectively and compassionately.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all caregiving activities adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, company policies, and client agreements.
- **Client Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for the couple and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Scheduling**: Manage caregiver schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for couple.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including care plans, incident reports, and staff records.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle emergencies and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in caregiving and team management, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar.
- Relevant certifications in caregiving, first aid, or management are highly desirable.

**Additional Information**:

- Work hours: Negotiable.
- Compensation: R 18 000.00 to R 25 000.00 net monthly.
