- Assist in the general asset management and administrative services;
- Liaising and interfacing with project participants to maintain clear communication and ensure cooperation where necessary, including:

- appointing any of the Employer's (“Project Company”) representatives under the O&M Agreement;
- liaising with the Project Company and its independent advisors and account bank (if any) as required under the financing agreements;
- liaising with Eskom SOC Limited, the Department of Energy of South Africa, or other counterparties under any applicable agreements;
- liaising with landowner;
- responding to reasonable requests from shareholders in terms of the shareholder’s agreement.
- representing the Employer's interests in respect of oversight of the transaction documents, including work performed by the Contractor under the O&M Agreement, and monitoring contractors in connection therewith;
- managing the performance of the Employer's obligations pursuant to the transaction documents, and advising the Employer to perform its obligations thereunder;
- managing all legal, financial, insurance, tax, interest rate and foreign exchange hedging, accounting, and other professional advisors necessary for the management of the Project Company and the Business;
- preparing documents, correspondence, and invoices under the transaction documents, with the assistance of the Employer's advisors, when required;
- providing oversight as the Project Company’s representative of construction, operations, and maintenance activities (on site and off), supervising site health, safety and security issues, project management & communications;
- reporting to the Employer on any material developments or events with respect to the Project Company, including any claims, hindrances of a party’s obligations under a transaction document or other material circumstances;
- reporting to the Employer with respect to claims and arbitration proceedings under the transaction documents, including any claims which the Employer may have against counterparties to the transaction documents;
- Ensuring the preparation of management reports in a form and at the frequency requested by the Board and as required under the shareholder’s agreement;
- Managing mobilisation activities of third-party contractors, consultants, service providers as required from time to time;
- Ensuring the monitoring of daily and monthly energy production to ensure compliance with the transaction documents and the finance documents;
- Ensuring the administering the relevant transaction documents during construction and operations including meeting all reporting requirements therein;
- Ensuring compliance with and managing reporting requirements in respect of the Project Company;
- Leading and managing the financial administration and control of the Project Company;
- Ensuring that Group Companyand its Project Companies are in compliance with the Implementation Agreement and power purchase agreement;
- Ensure that all lender and shareholder obligations of the projects in which Clientis invested in and the Project Companies that we manage are adhered too;
- Ensure that the Annual Financial Statements, Monthly Management Accounts of all the projects in which Clientis invested in and the projects in which we manage are prepared in line with the specific requirements;
- Ensure that the tax affairs and tax position of all the projects in which Clientis invested in and the projects in which we manage are up to date and satisfactory;
- Ensure that the statutory, governance and board affairs of all the projects in which Clientis invested in and the projects in whichmanage are prepared in line with the specific requirements;
- Ensure material compliance with all statutory provisions, Laws, and regulations applicable to the Project Company;
- Manage and administer the implementation of all contracts to which the Project Company may be a party;
- Ensure that the insurance policies of all the projects in which Clientis invested in and the projects in which clientmanage are prepared in line with the specific requirements;
- Ensure the effective management and administration, implementation, and adherence of all contracts to which the Project Company is a party too;
- All administrative activities as and when required;
- Ensure correct filing and record keeping of any and all documentation, both electronic and physically;
- Assist with procurement activities as and when required;
- Assist with travel arrangements;
- Relevant BCom Degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Operational, Business)
- 2-5 years of Finance or Operational or General Business experience in the infrastructure, power, and energy space.
