**1. Qualifications**:

- BCom and Honours (Finance)
- 5+ years of post-article experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Advanced Excel
- Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational needs
- SAP proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail

**2. Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas**
- Supervision and management of the Group’s Shared Services teams, including Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, General Accounting and Cost Control.
- Intercompany Recons
- Assessing the current Shared Services processes and procedures and proposing and implementing ways to streamline them
- Documenting all processes and procedures for the Shared Services functions, together with team leaders
- Procure accurate financial reports to specific deadlines, including, but not limited to external shareholder reporting, monthly management of accounts and weekly cash flows
- Assist with the annual statutory audits, ensuring all Group fieldwork and specific company-audited financials are signed off and filed within specific deadlines
- Coordinate and manage the team's objectives to ensure the Shared Services team meets all within specified deadlines.
- Develop and implement a monitoring system (dashboard) for all Shared Services functions to track the team’s KPI’s
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulation and legislation
- Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Finance or Head of Financial Transactions
