Your purpose as a Customer Care Agent will be to assist clients with diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any issues they might experience with our products To be successful as a Customer Care Agent, you should have a pleasant personality and patiently assist clients. You should also be able to deal with any customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, whilst proactively engaging existing clientele. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately this position serves as our direct contact feature with our clientele.

**POSITION DELIVERABLES**
- Handle general customer queries
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems
- Resolve fundamental product technical issues
- Training customers
- Handle customer complaints
- Customer issue reporting
- Product and Software Testing

**SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS**
- Own / reliable transport required
- Bilingual - Conversant in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to work graveyard shifts
- Key knowledge of Golf

**Qualifications**

High school certificate; additional certification in Client Services Management a plus.

**Experience**

1+ years' experience in a similar role
