Regulatory Affairs Assistant

Our Regulatory Affairs team bring new medical advancements to the world by facilitating communications and procedures that allow swift, organized compliance partnering with external regulatory agencies. We are on the leading-edge of healthcare breakthroughs that help provide new, reliable, and compliant medical products, practices and solutions to the world.
- General admin for RA department.
- Initiate and/or complete artwork change requests.
- Handling of payment requests for the department and liaise with the financial department about progress of payment requests.
- To compile advertisement approval request documents for products to be submitted to the Registrar of Act 36/1947.
- To compile any other documentation related to regulatory affairs.
- To maintain the dossier room in an organized manner and to ensure that all regulatory documents are filed in a systematic way.

**Education**
- At least a diploma in the veterinary, pharmaceutical or other relevant field.

**Skills required**
- Excellent Afrikaans (first language) and English spelling, reading and writing skills.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Very analytical.
- Highly motivated.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
