**A broad spectrum insurance client in CBD is looking for a Recoveries and Liabilities Assistant with LLB / Paralegal diploma.**

**DUTIES**:

- Recoveries and liabilities admin and support
- Receive instruction to commence with recovery process and review claims history
- Trace parties and make contact to provide information regarding recovery process and to obtain information
- Compile and dispatch relevant documents
- Ensure accurate record keeping
- Prepare and send invoices
- Keep track of payments received and allocate payments
- Keep client and internal team up to date with progress
- Provide information and admin support to both internal and external teams
- Keep track of weekly follow-ups with 3rd parties
- Settle or escalate matters
- Legal admin support during claims process
- Ad hoc duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- LLB / Paralegal Diploma
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Computer Literate (essential)
- Strong administrative skills
- Practical experience - advantageous
