**Job description**

As an experienced Call Centre Sales Agent for BE Group, you will represent various brands and companies while focusing on driving sales and providing excellent customer service. This role offers experienced call centre agents an exciting opportunity with a competitive basic salarystarting at R4500 and uncapped commission. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Revenue Generation**: Promote and sell products and services effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Service Excellence**: Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and orders.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the brands and products you represent to provide clients with comprehensive information.

**Qualifications**:
Call center experience (REQUIRED)

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve targets.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Customer-focused mindset and a passion for exceeding sales goals.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software systems.

Availability to work the specified hours and days.
