**Job Summary**:
The HR Practitioner will be responsible to provide effective, practical, consistent and proactive HR support to the HR Department, assisting with various functions including overseeing and implementing B-BBEE strategies within the organization. He / She will ensure compliance with B-BBEE legislation, regulations and manage B-BBEE reporting requirements. The HR Practitioner will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, assist with the recruitment process and ensure compliance with data protection.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, codes of good practice, and scorecard requirements will be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
