**ROLE MISSION**

This is a hands-on role managing content edits in our clients Sitecore CMS working across master/child portfolios. The role requires you to be the Super User of Sitecore supporting brand teams to update content on their website including guiding markets that may manage this in-house themselves. You work closely with the client's Digital Production team offering support across the EMEA region websites and be a Super User for the tool.

**ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING**

You will be working closely with a team composed of a Performance Analyst and Cybrarian

Reporting to the Global Technical Director the Senior Web Content Manager, will have direct relationships with clients and work autonomously within their team, however the role requires you to still be a representative of the IIG group.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Maintain and update existing site content, Management of EMEA CMS (Sitecore 9.1) for markets across our portfolio 6 brands
- Uploading and quality assurance of all content
- Ticketing system management through JIRA Edits will include anything that can be managed via the CMS including but not exhaustive: canonical tags, content edits, new page creation (including use of experience editor), update meta descriptions etc.
- The Senior Web Content Manager will work closely with our Digital Production team, feeding back on any improvements that can be made to the CMS as the development team build new features.
- The Digital Editor will act as a super user for Sitecore, advising markets who edit in-house as well as agencies that manage editing for their markets - taking calls and showing how to edit features as required.
- Weekly reporting and mapping the priorities of the week.
- Sharing monthly performance reviews with key stakeholders
- Provide suggestions in real time for improvement
- Build a deck which details the process to upload content in the CMS and share with local market and agency partners
- AB Testing and Personalisation

**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Sitecore experience essential
- AB Testing and personalisation experience
- Prior experience producing top quality web content
- Strong Experience with Content Management Systems
- 5+ years of relevant experience in CMS/Sitecore editing and knowledge of:

- Sitecore super user competences advising markets who edit in-house as well as agencies that manage editing for their markets - taking calls and showing how to edit features as required.
- Ability to adapt, tweak, and quality assess content elements to ensure optimal design, page performance, SEO, accessibility etc.
- Ability to collaborate with content providers (copy and visual
- Ability to engage in a qualitative dialogue about proposals and give feedback with suggestions for improvements if content or UX/UI design cannot easily be implemented in Sitecore
- CRO knowledge/experience
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interest in and familiarity with technology and the understanding of computer components
- Present performance updates to stakeholders and clients with a view on how to improve.
- Excellent client engagement skills that will support expectation management and influence on content decisions.
- Strong organisational collaborative skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent written English skills with the ability to add a creative flair to make engaging content within brand guidelines.
- Comfortable collaborating across departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
- A team player who also works well independently
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
