**Job-related Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing change on large scale strategic projects, including organizational changes, new systems implementations, and culture change.
- Experience in project management is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in oral and written English
- Strong presentation skills & self confidence in presenting to groups (classroom and virtual)
- Passion for driving change and a proven ability to influence culture at all levels

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
