We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Schedule routine appointments as requested
- Schedule follow-up appointments as needed
- Ensure all documents for patient file is signed
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- General office administration that might be required

**Boxes to tick**
- Matric
- Additional certification in Office Management or Microsoft Office - advantageous
- Experience in a medical practice (dieticians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, doctors)
- Microsoft Office and office management: 1 year (required)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers/laptops and printers)
