**Job description**:
PSG has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Practice Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining our internal operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow between advisory, planning, and support teams
- Manage the scheduling and allocation of client reviews across the practice
- Act as the liaison with product providers and ensure smooth onboarding and servicing processes
- Maintain and report on key business metrics and operational statistics
- Track and monitor new business submissions and ensure timely completion
- Maintain HR records and assist with general office and facilities management
- Support the leadership team with operational implementation of strategic initiatives
- Coordinate all administrative processes
- Ensure the efficient co-ordination and planning of client functions
- Ad-hoc and special projects

**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 6+ years of relevant working experience within the financial services industry
- Computer literacy (MS Office & MS Excel)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Financial Services : 5 years (preferred)
