Collaborate with technical teams to support project delivery and maintenance. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communities, and partners. Requirements Engineering Degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental). 10+ years’ operational management experience in water, waste, or energy. ECSA Registration advantageous. Proven track record in managing large teams and complex operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
