**What We're Looking For**:
We are seeking a Spanish speaking individual to perform and be responsible for a dual role of recruiting students for various short courses and is then accountable for reaching individual set monthly student targets. Once the recruitment cycle is over the individual will also be tasked with providing world-class, personalised course support solutions to students on a portfolio of online short courses, building one-to-one meaningful relationships, with a focus on exceptional customer experience and retention.

As part of any customer facing role it is inevitable your responsibilities will include working proactively through complex interactions and relationships. You will be called upon to manage professionally through situations like these to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students and partners and long term relationships.

**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:
**Student Recruiting & Support Activity**
- Be responsible for meeting individual enrollment goals set out by management.
- Establish rapport and develop relationships with prospective students via various communication channels.
- Utilise creative problem-solving skills to overcome any obstacles while guiding potential students through our course enrolment process.
- Utilising all the tools provided by the company.
- Nurture prospects to follow up with their intent to enrol.
- Represent the University Partner to the best of your ability, keeping in mind that you need to protect the integrity, brand and reputation of the institution through every engagement with prospective students.
- Guide students in navigating the course on the Online Campus and have basic knowledge on how to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Deliver world class customer experience by listening to students and being responsive to their needs as well as going the extra mile to pre-empt future needs.
- Assess student queries and, where necessary, escalate to internal teams via pre-defined processes and channels and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Meet daily & weekly student engagement metrics with a goal to achieve set targets for course completion and student satisfaction.

**Things That Should Be In Your Background**:

- Verbal and written fluency of the English and Spanish language.
- Tertiary education required OR 2 years experience in Consultative Sales and or Customer Service (Edtech industry is preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong sales and customer service background.
- A proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven department.
- Experience in higher education or teaching is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (efficient use and knowledge of Google Suite. Exposure to Salesforce is advantageous).

- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Passion and a 'can-do' attitude.

Working Conditions:

- An Student Advisor is required to work shifts and potentially Saturdays, based on business requirements.
