**Purpose**:
Mustek Limited currently has a career opportunity available for an Export Credit Controller in the debtors department to effectively perform the Credit Control function on a portfolio of export clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing specialised administrative support for function of Credit Control on international clients.
- Checking and Verification on export documents and payments.
- Compile weekly debtors' reports and collections status with commentary.
- Conform to strict month end reporting deadlines and allocations.
- Liaising with clients on an ongoing basis to attend to debtor queries, follow up on outstanding documentation and do regular checks on the clients’ accounts.
- Processing and capturing of various transactions.
- Adherence to Insurance Policy (Credit Insurance Solutions).
- Processing the necessary journal entries.
- Reconcile all debtors accounts, both ZAR & foreign currency.
- Debtor/Visits required locally.
- Manual issuing of foreign currency statements.
- Excellent knowledge of Export Debtors credit control function and its requirements.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Matric grade 12
- Credit Management 1,2,3
- BCOM advantageous
- Minimum of 5+ years in a Senior Credit Control function

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Forex knowledge
- Knowledge of swift rules
- Good understanding of IT services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong Reconciliation Skills
- To be a team player
- Assist colleagues in need
- Excellent Excel skills
