**Insurance Product Manager - Cape Town CBD**

**The position will involve**:

- Responsible for assessing new opportunities, reviewing existing products and driving efficiencies on our products, processes and system to create a platform to assist in reaching business targets
- Work with IT and Development departments to implement
- Efficiencies
- New Products and product changes
- Processes
- Work with internal and external business partners including distribution, policy management, claims, finance, legal and actuarial consultants
- Work with Business to spec out future development ideas, and to work closely with Project team to allocate cost and timeline against development, and to translate Business requirements, while supporting execution in the Project / IT / Digital area
- Work with Business to define and articulate future enhancements to existing tools or creation of new tools.
- Work on helping move calculations to a decision engine
- Work within the new platform environment to help analysis information, identify opportunities, propose and assist in implementation of solutions
- Assist in the implementation of the business Onboarding digital road map.
- Find ways to effectively collaborate, and to build strong partnerships, with Digital, Technology, Projects and Marketing.
- Set Business objectives and unblock where strategy and approach is not working.
- Create plans and strategy, communicate this, and ensure that workstreams are in place to deliver.
- Obtain the necessary budget and support skills, resources to achieve agreed objectives.
