**SALES SOLUTIONS MANAGER (Automotive manufacturing)**

We are seeking a **Sales Manager** who is responsible for developing new and existing business with clients **_within the automotive & manufacturing markets_**, aligned to specific propositions, and managing key accounts within a defined territory.

**WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR VEHICLE SALES CANDIDATES**

The **Sales Solutions Manager** is to develop relationships with clients, understand their needs and problems, and provide tailored solutions from Company’s product offerings for the client. **The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders to drive gross sales and revenue proactively.**

You will perform a critical role in executing an aggressive sales growth strategy in the South African and African market. You will be responsible for initiating and pursuing activities to generate new business, providing specialist solutions to clients on our products and services, achieving the sales strategy for growth and client retention. You will be responsible for structuring and negotiating deals with clients by providing in-depth insight and knowledge of automotive core systems and processes within quality management & operations. Furthermore, you will partner with the training and consulting team, to provide sales initiatives within high-quality learning, and solving organisational problems affecting performance of the client.

**ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree / National Diploma, Engineering or Business
- 3-5 years automotive manufacturing or related experience
- 1 years of **_training experiences_**:

- 2 Years in _Quality Management_
- Experience in _Sales and Marketing_
- Ability to close sales
- Data gathering, problem analysis and solution proposal
- **Sound knowledge of the following**:

- ISO9001 or IATF16949 skills
- IATF16949 certification rules knowledge
- VDA 6.3 Knowledge
- Customer specific requirements automotive
- Advanced Automotive Core tool skills
- Advance problem-solving skills
- Decent Computer Literacy
- Experience in sales and marketing
