**Role Responsibilities**:

- Create business models and oversee infrastructure, customer relationships and overall customer experience initiatives.
- Develop policies and procedures and with the use of technology enhance company’s external customer services offerings and products to enable business growth.
- Perform cost benefit analysis and ROI.
- Formulate and implement revenue enhancement strategies.
- Oversee the management of organisations intellectual property,maintenance, data, security and network.
- Manager organisations technological roadmap and deliver organisations corporate and technical strategy.
- Identify target markets and facilitate the delivery of IT projects to market.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Min.15 yrs. experience in IT experience
- Min. 7 years at management level
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent leadership skills
- Analytical
- Project Management

**Education and Certifications**:

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management or related field.
- (MBA an added advantage)
- Relevant industry certifications
