We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics / Dispatch Officer to join our dynamic team.

**Shift Details**
- **Working Hours**: 4:00 PM - Midnight (flexibility required for extended hours when needed)

As a Logistics / Dispatch Officer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the transportation of goods. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of shipments while maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch operations.
- Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipping details and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Monitor transportation costs and optimize logistics processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to improve logistics efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: R5 000,00 - R6 000,00 per month

**Experience**:
