**Restaurant Manager
- Somerset West**
**Requirements of Position**
English and Afrikaans speaking (not negotiable)
3 - 5 years’ experience in a management role as assistant manager / junior manager or floor manager. (Not Negotiable)
Need to have a good track record and contactable references.
Knowledge for Alcohol, beverages and food knowledge.
Proficiency in computers and some background in Operating systems is a must.
Must be willing to work hospitality hours (Weekends and Public Holidays)
**Responsibilities of Position**
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations while delivering superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and regularly review product quality and research new suppliers and do price comparisons
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it while controlling operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Willing to help in waiter staff and kitchen where needed
Accountable for Food and Beverage control and the related results of the restaurant/s and ensuring that standards are always maintained in the restaurant
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
