**The Role**:
**What's The Role**:
Incumbent will need to assist by processing transactions in various systems by running daily control reports and following up on open items.
An average of 800+ transactions to be reviewed in a month, based on 4 daily control reports that need to be executed.
**Attributes**:
- Attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Teamwork and ability to work independently is needed.
- System requirements: SAP R3 - SD, Share Point, Salesforce
- Intermediate working of MS Office: Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, MS Teams
- Intermediate Analytics of transactions and processes is needed.
- Intermediate Reporting capabilities
**Deliverables**:
- Investigate reasons for deviations in shipments during loading or delivery by liaising with various stakeholders
**Process open transactions daily**:
- Check loading error logs
- Process transactions
- Provide daily and adhoc status reports
- Ensure documentation and filing is accurate, up to date and accessible.
- Stakeholder engagements
**Customer Quantity & Product Disputes Resolution**:
- Investigate all inconsistent deliveries to ensure that the right quantity/product is invoiced to the right customer
- Investigate all inconsistencies and process adjustments where needed
- Liaise with Finance and Sales Teams to resolve complex queries & resolve accordingly
**Customer facing Sales Orders**:
- Limited support with regard to placing order on behalf of customers
**Execute daily, weekly and monthly controls for**:
- Daily: Open transaction reports
- Daily and Ad-hoc: Provide missing/incomplete transaction summary
- Ad-hoc: Orders to be rejected
- Daily and ad-hoc disputes report
**Stakeholder Engagement / Management** for both internal and external stakeholders is needed (electronic, telephone and face to face communications)
Continuous Improvement intermediate or advance training is advantageous
**What We need From you**:
- BA / BComm Degree or 3 year National Diploma from registered institute
