Marketing Operations Manager

We’re looking for a **Marketing Operations Manager** to own and optimize our marketing technology stack, streamline workflows, and provide the insights that power smarter decision-making. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building scalable processes and proving marketing’s impact in high-stakes B2B environments.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
- Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, lead flow accuracy, and reliable attribution across platforms.
- Design scalable processes to support both **mid-market campaigns** (hundreds of leads) and **enterprise campaigns** (fewer, high-value opportunities).
- Align marketing metrics with business outcomes and collaborate closely with Sales Operations.
- Continuously optimize workflows and establish best practices for reporting, data management, and automation.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years in **Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations**, with proven **B2B business services** experience.
- Clear Criminal Record
- Background in **high-value, low sales velocity environments** is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms and **Salesforce CRM**.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
- Track record of building marketing operations **from the ground up**, not just maintaining existing systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Experience supporting both **enterprise and mid-market sales cycles** is a plus.
