We are looking for a dedicated **IT Technician** to join our team in Pretoria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Provide technical support in person, via phone or TeamViewer.
- Perform regular system checks and network maintenance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and projects.
- Train end-users of new technologies and IT procedures.

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- **3 years of working experience in an IT support role.**:

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
